Who We Are

We are a box that is built by family. Owners Ryan and Jennifer Schaefer and  Brandon and Leslie Leath have spent their entire lives living in and around  Liberty Hill. Their love for CrossFit and this town go hand in hand and are the perfect recipe for building a community of like minded individuals.

Our History

This box was born in 2012 by a few Crossfitters that wanted to bring their love of the sport to their hometown. We know that taking the first step is always the hardest. We opened this box with the goal of making that step easier. No egos, no judgement. We are a group that never had an athletic background, we created it, and we want to help you create one.
